CMS specializes in medium run, deep draw, even wall, nestable, high quality precision parts delivered on time. Up to 60" long made from a variety of thermoplastics exceeding your specs.

CMS uses quality thermoplastic sheets to meet strict customer specifications. This material cycles into the oven where it is heated to forming temperature; plug assists and female form cavities combine with heat and pressure to make precision parts. The sheet is cooled into a rigid structure, which prepares it for die-cutting or match-metal punch separation into individual thermoforms. Inspectors check the thermoforms for proper configuration, trim tolerance, function and appearance before packing. Parts are nested in bag lined shipping cartons to minimize space needed for shipment and warehousing before use. Cartons are labeled for traceability and bar-coding is an optional feature.
